Looking for redispersible polymer powder manufacturers who can deliver consistent quality batch after batch? Our factory has been producing spray-dried polymer powders for the dry-mix mortar industry for over 20 years. As a direct manufacturer, we control the whole chain — from base emulsion polymerization to spray drying, packaging and export logistics — so the powder you receive is the powder we made.
Our role as a manufacturer goes beyond shipping a bag of RDP. We help you select the right grade for your application, confirm dosage in your own formulation, and support you with full batch traceability, OEM / private-label packaging and a certificate of analysis for every production run. Whether you are a regional dry-mortar plant or a global brand, you receive the same factory-direct standard — the same specification, the same lab, the same 25 kg bag.
All four grades of our redispersible polymer powder are produced to the same published specification and verified in our own laboratory before release. A certificate of analysis accompanies each shipment.
| Technical Parameter | Rigid RDP | Semi-Flexible RDP | Flexible RDP | Hydrophobic RDP |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tg (°C) | +10 to +25 | -5 to +10 | -15 to -5 | -10 to +5 |
| MFFT (°C) | +10 to +15 | 0 to +5 | < 0 | 0 to +5 |
| Tensile Bond | Very High (≥0.8) | High (≥0.6) | Moderate (≥0.5) | High (≥0.6) |
| Elongation (%) | Low (< 10%) | Moderate (10-30%) | High (> 50-100%+) | Moderate (15-40%) |
| Water Repellency | None | Slight | None | Excellent |

RDP produced in our factory ships into the four largest dry-mortar categories in modern construction. Customers come back because the same lot works across their product range.
The most common use of our RDP. The polymer lifts a C1 cement adhesive into C2-class performance — higher bond strength, longer open time and slip resistance for large-format and porcelain tiles.
Our RDP-enhanced skim coats sand easily, adhere to a wider range of substrates and finish to a smoother, more uniform surface — even over critical backgrounds such as concrete, aerated blocks or old renders.
RDP delivers the flexibility and impact resistance ETICS base coats need to follow thermal movement of the insulation board without cracking — the polymer bridges the bond line between rigid insulation and the rendering mesh.
RDP improves the adhesion, flexibility and water resistance of polymer-modified grouts and patch mortars, allowing the same grout or repair to perform on both interior and exterior substrates without separate SKUs.
All RDP from our factory is shipped in one dependable export format: a standard 25 kg bag with consistent net weight on every unit.

One factory, four grades, one specification. These are the reasons dry-mortar brands keep choosing us as their manufacturer.
Every production batch is tested in our own laboratory before release — Tg, MFFT, tensile bond, elongation and water repellency are checked against the published specification, and a certificate of analysis (COA) is issued for each shipment. As a manufacturer we sign the COA ourselves; there is no third-party reading between you and the product.
Beyond the standard 25 kg bag, we offer flexible packaging customization — private-label and OEM bags printed with your brand artwork, custom labelling for local markets, and packing formats arranged to your warehouse or project logistics. Send your artwork with the order and we will arrange a printed proof before production.

Ask the manufacturer for a per-batch certificate of analysis (COA) listing Tg, MFFT, tensile bond, elongation and water repellency, and check that the values match the published specification. A factory visit or third-party audit is the strongest verification. A direct manufacturer is also the one who signs the COA — if a trading company sits in between, the chain is longer than it looks.
For laboratory or plant trials we accept one pallet of 40 × 25 kg bags (1 metric ton). Bulk production is shipped in 20’ FCL (around 14–18 metric tons depending on packing) or 40’ HQ. Tell us your destination port and we will confirm the loading plan.
Yes. As the manufacturer we print OEM and private-label bags in-house on multi-layer kraft paper with PE inner liner. Send your artwork in AI or PDF format; we arrange a printed proof for your confirmation before production.
Yes. Every production batch is tested in our laboratory and ships with a COA listing the key parameters of that specific batch. The COA is signed by the manufacturer — us — not by an outside lab.
For any of the four grades, lead time is usually 10–15 working days after order confirmation, plus ocean transit. For OEM private-label bags, add 7–10 days for printing-plate setup. Inquiries to sales03@eclatmat.com are answered within 24 hours.

Tell us your application, target market and annual volume. We will recommend the right grade, confirm factory pricing, and dispatch a free sample — typically within 24 hours.
