Tianjin Eclat Co.,Ltd is a factory specializing in the production of redispersible polymer powder (RDP), PP fibers, polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE), polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and cellulose. With a history spanning over 30 years, we have dedicated ourselves to bridging the gap between advanced chemical engineering and practical, high-performance construction solutions.

Our parent company—Hebei Anjiefa Building Materials Co., Ltd was established in 1992, standing proudly as one of the earliest manufacturers of redispersible polymer powder (RDP) in China.Today, our advanced manufacturing base spans over 34,000 square meters. Within this state-of-the-art facility, more than 120 skilled employees and 15 dedicated technicians work tirelessly to ensure precision, innovation, and unwavering quality control across every production batch.
